Support workers say more needs to be done for sick homeless people after the spread of COVID-19 highlighted a shortage of suitable accommodation.
The spread led to escalating concerns that those affected had nowhere to isolate, or, in some cases, people were put into hotel rooms without balconies or smoking spaces.
Since then, advocates say the situation has evolved, largely due to the setup of an eight-bed isolation unit for rough sleepers.
Homeless Healthcare chief operations officer Alison Sayer said while the establishment of the COVID-19 isolation unit was a big relief it was not the perfect solution.
