Sultry, sexy and a little bit mischievous – say hello to Perth’s newest (and best) kept secret disco dancefloor – Toots. She’s not your typical lady, she’s a 70s icon, sassy and fun as all hell. You’ll have to work a little bit to get her attention (or even find her!), but oh boy, is she worth it.
So where is Toots located? Somewhere in Northbridge’s Chinatown is all we can really say. Just know that she’s a secret bar WITHIN a secret bar – best of luck with that!
