Qantas redirects flights over Middle East tensions

Qantas has rerouted its direct Perth to London flight path due to tensions in the Middle East.

The airline has said outbound QF9 flights from Perth will now stop in Singapore, and take an alternative route to London as a "precaution."

"We're making adjustments to some of our flight paths due to the situation in parts of the Middle East as a precaution," a Qantas spokesperson said.
