Fifteen years ago lunch at a food court in the city involved McDonald’s, sweet and sour pork or a roast beef roll.

Fast forward to 2019 and CBD workers are more likely to be eating bao buns, fresh mex fish tacos, Japanese pancakes and Vietnamese street food.

Perth has had a revolution in CBD office spaces and eateries — offering casual and fine-dining experiences that challenge even the most exclusive restaurants.

“We’ve been contacted by many operators looking for space, but we’ve been careful to not duplicate and take away trade from our strong independent operators.”

The 4.5-star NABERS energy rating enjoyed by both the Brookfield and Cloisters complexes resulted from targeted sustainability measures, including climate sensitive retractable roofing, rainwater integrated water systems and flush-less urinals.
