THERE’S plenty of reasons to get out of the house this Australia Day and celebrate everything that makes this country great.
Here is a full list of events from Perth, all the way up past Joondalup and back down to Mandurah.

1pm: Yanchep Sports and Social Club will hold a world games pentathlon on Australia Day, with darts, bowls, pool, quoits and shot put. The celebrations start with a bouncy castle, face painting, food, music and competitions. Tickets cost $15 per adult and $5 for children. Call 9561 1196.
